CG SUPERVISOR (ANIMATION)

Job Description

  • Oversee all computer-generated aspects of animation, from modeling to final lighting, ensuring technical excellence.

  • Develop pipelines to enable efficient workflows and collaborate with department heads to resolve integration challenges.

  • Handle budgeting for CG resources, task scheduling, and quality control of digital assets.

  • Troubleshoot software issues and optimize performance for complex scenes.

  • Train staff on new tools and techniques, fostering a technically skilled team.

  • Key competencies: Proficiency in CG software, rendering engines, and production workflows.

Requirements

  • Skilled in mainstream VFX software with at least 5 years of professional experience.

  • Solid foundation in cinematic arts and visual aesthetics.

  • Expertise in 3D production software.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Innovative thinking with strong independent problem-solving capabilities, able to accurately interpret and articulate requirements from clients or senior leadership.
