Position Overview
Join AHA Entertainment and participate in building original IP content with long-term vitality. You will be responsible for operating a matrix of top-tier animation IPs, including Wu Liuqi and Lele Convenience Store, across mainstream social platforms such as Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Kuaishou. You will deeply engage animation and gaming fans, continuously enhance IP influence through creative content and platform-specific strategies, and foster long-term activity and growth within fan communities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy Planning & Execution
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly operational strategies for AHA Entertainment and its IPs on platforms like Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Kuaishou.
Plan integrated communication campaigns across all platforms, aligning with IP content release schedules, game launch nodes, and fan activity cycles.
Establish differentiated positioning and content strategies for each platform to enhance both brand influence and user stickiness.
2. Creative Content Planning & Production
Lead the creative planning, topic discovery, and scriptwriting for IP social media content, producing high-quality articles, short videos, live streams, and other formats.
Combine platform trends with user preferences for rapid response and creation of viral, high-impact content.
Coordinate internal resources across content, design, game, and commercial teams to ensure high-quality execution of creative ideas.
3. Platform Ecosystem & User Operations
Conduct in-depth research on algorithm mechanisms, user behavior, and ecosystem features of various social media platforms to formulate tailored operational strategies.
Plan and execute online interactive activities, topic challenges, fan benefits, etc., to increase user participation and activity.
Establish a tiered fan operation system to enhance fan loyalty through community management and UGC incentives.
4. Data-Driven Optimization & Growth
Establish a monitoring system for key data indicators, regularly analyzing operational data (follower growth, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc.).
Continuously optimize content strategies and operational methods through A/B testing, trend tracking, and competitor analysis.
Set clear growth targets and ensure data-driven achievement of business KPIs.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Resource Integration
Work closely with Content Production, Game Product, Event Marketing, and Market Business departments to facilitate the integrated execution of IP social media marketing.
Expand and maintain external resources including KOLs/KOCs, platform operations, and media partners to amplify brand visibility.
Participate in the formulation of overall brand marketing strategies, ensuring social media operations align with company strategic goals.
Qualifications
Hard Requirements (Must-Haves)
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Chinese, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media operations; experience in the animation, gaming, or entertainment industry is a strong plus.
Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with the operational rules, algorithms, and ecosystem dynamics of major domestic social media platforms like Douyin, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Kuaishou.
Content Ability: Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, capable of independently planning and producing content for formats like articles and short videos.
Data Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and optimize operational strategies based on data.
Soft Skills (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep Understanding of Animation IP: Deep knowledge of animation culture and the psychology of ACG fans. Familiarity with AHA Entertainment's IPs like Wu Liuqi is a plus.
Internet Savviness & Creativity: Excellent sense of internet trends, able to quickly capture hot topics and translate them into creative content.
Learning & Adaptability: Possesses rapid learning ability and can adapt to the fast-changing social media environment and platform rules.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills, capable of driving the execution of complex projects.
Resilience & Execution: Ability to work under pressure, with strong execution skills and a results-oriented mindset.
